The first gameplay footage of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood has been unveiled.
Publisher Bethesda live streamed some 20 minutes of their upcoming prequel to 2014’s Wolfenstein: The New Order during this week’s PAX East, where a number of developers were on hand to dissect all of the action.
The video shows off some classic Wolfenstein settings, with Blazkowicz fighting the supercharged Nazi army while searching for the location of the Deathshead’s secret compound. The footage also demonstrates a new tool, an innocent-looking pipe that thirsts for nothing more than cold-blooded murder and proper fitting.
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will be released for PS4, Xbox One and PC in May as a standalone expansion, priced at £15/$20. You can check out the footage below:
