Batman: Arkham Knight will release three weeks later than originally planned, developer Rocksteady Studios has announced today.
In a press release, game director Sefton Hill confirmed that the highly anticipated sequel will now launch worldwide on June 23, adding: “We’re a developer that hates to make any compromises, so we are sorry to say this means it’s going to be just a little bit longer until you can play the epic conclusion to the Arkham trilogy.”
As a reward for fans’ “patience and understanding”, but only making the wait even more unbearable, the studio has unveiled its official gameplay trailer for the title, which you can watch below:
