2K Games has provided wrestling fans with a sneak peek at WWE 2K16’s Create a Championship mode, which returns to the series for the first time since 2013.
Going by the screenshot released earlier today, the popular customisation option looks as though it will allow players to create their own faceplate and side-plates for their own title belts, and presumably edit existing championships in the game.
Whilst generally lauded, Create a Championship has previously received criticism for custom designs appearing to look ‘pasted on’ the titles available. Judging by the embossed lettering featured in the screenshot below, it looks like 2K have addressed this issue, allowing grappling fans to create more realistic championships to show off and compete for.
WWE 2K16 is scheduled to release on October 27, 2015 on both current and last-gen consoles.
