Nintendo has today confirmed that Super Mario Maker will be finding its way into Super Smash Bros. via an upcoming DLC stage on both the 3DS and Wii U.
In a move that will no doubt get this stage instantly banned from many competitive tournaments, Nintendo has fittingly created a randomly generated stage to mark the arrival of the game creation title in its popular brawler. At the beginning of each round, the hand creates the layout of the stage, and even makes a reappearance once in a while to replace broken blocks.
The DLC is set to be released on both platforms on September 30. So far no retail price has been announced but it’s safe to say it will cost similar to previous Smash Bros. DLC.
