2K Games has today released the latest gameplay clip from its upcoming pro wrestling sim WWE 2K16, as well as confirming the inclusion of a previously unannounced superstar.
The four-minute video, courtesy of the WWE2KDev YouTube channel, shows there’s no love lost between brothers Goldust and Stardust. As well as showing off the shiniest of shiny ring attires, the clip also provides fans with a taster of how the three-man commentary booth will play out in this year’s instalment, with JBL making his debut announcing appearance (listen out for a moment of fourth wall-breaking hilarity towards the end of the video).
On a related note, 2K has this week issued a correction on a previously announced DLC match-up. Rather than featuring a match between Larry Zbyszko and Arn Anderson, the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase pack will see the two team up to take on Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat and Dustin Rhodes – one of Goldust’s earliest gimmicks – in a recreation of their contest from WCW Clash of the Champions XVII. This amendment confirms Dustin Rhodes as a DLC character for the first time.
