A number of PlayStation owners have received emails informing them the PlayStation Most Valuable Player program will end Monday, April 18. Members of the program conducted activities such as official reviews, attended discussion panels and sessions, and sometimes helped with gaming events. With the program’s discontinuation, however, the support services offered by Sony will supposedly remain available. The specific services were not mentioned in detail.
Having been in a state of uncertainty for some time, the program’s decline has been apparent. Sony has not as of yet released any statement or unveiled any details concerning a new or replacement program similar to the MVP service. Learn more about the soon-ending program at the PlayStation website.
