The Xbox One preloads for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered are now available to those who pre-ordered either title, ahead of the games’ simultaneous launch on November 4.
The Raven Software-developed Modern Warfare Remastered clocks in at 45.94GB, while Infinity Ward’s Infinite Warfare is 51.1GB. Providing each game includes a day one patch, it is expected users will need to free up well over 100GB of space on their Xbox One hard drive to install both titles.
PS4 users will have to wait a little longer before they can download the titles, however, as the PlayStation preloads are expected to be made available on October 30 in Europe, and November 1 in North America.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the latest entry in Activision’s long-running first-person shooter franchise, is centred around a battle for the solar system, with players taking control of Captain Nick Reyes of the Special Combat Air Recon (SCAR).
