Persona 5 Delayed Until April

Persona 5 will not release in the West until April 4, 2017, developer Atlus has today confirmed.

During a live stream, the studio confirmed that due to ‘quality reasons’, the long-awaited RPG has been postponed from its initially planned launch date of February 14.

As a way of recompense, the game will now include dual audio via a free DLC update at launch, while fans can download a free Ryuji theme for one day only on the North American PlayStation Store.

During the stream, Atlus also confirmed that a demo of the title will be playable at the PlayStation Experience next month.
