Moments ago, Microsoft released a new build of its Xbox One system software for Preview members.
Microsoft’s global client hardware manager, Brad Rossetti, announced the release in a tweet posted earlier today:
Preview members – Prepping a new 1610 build for 6.00pm PST today fixing Game installation issues. More details to follow.

The 1610 Preview is now available to download for members enrolled in the Xbox Preview program, and according to its update notes, contains the following fixes:
- Games should now install more reliably and encounter fewer installation failures on slower connections.
- Resolved an issue which prevented users from successfully downloading games.
