Outlast and Burnout Paradise are now available to download for free for all Xbox Live Gold users, as part of December’s Games with Gold scheme.
Developed by Criterion Games and originally released for the Xbox 360 back in 2009, open world racing title Burnout Paradise received widespread critical acclaim. Now, Xbox users can experience the game for free on both the 360 and Xbox One, as it includes backwards compatibility.
Outlast, meanwhile, is a first-person horror title developed by indie studio Red Barrels, that was previously available for free to PlayStation Plus subscribers on the PS4 back in 2014. Now, the Xbox One version has been made free as part of Games with Gold ahead of the release of the title’s sequel, which is due to drop early next year.
