The first content to be included as part of WWE 2K19’s season pass has today been revealed, coming at the end of a week where a flurry of news on the upcoming pro wrestling title has been released.
A pre-order listing for the Xbox One version of the WWE 2K19 Digital Deluxe Edition went live earlier today on the official Windows store, with the game’s description including the first ‘on-disc’ DLC to be included as part of the title’s season pass, which is included as part of the special edition.
Similar to previous iterations of the franchise, the WWE 2K19 Accelerator will allow players to “decide the overall rankings and attribute levels” of every grappler in the game, as well as granting immediate access to all unlockable characters and alternate attires.
The second piece of DLC comes in the form of the WWE2K19 MyPLAYER Kickstart, which gives user-created superstars a boost in the form of extra points and attributes in the game’s MyCareer mode – a staple of most titles in the 2K Sports library.
WWE 2K19 is scheduled to release for PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 9. AJ Styles will grace the cover of the title, while wrestling legend Rey Mysterio has already been confirmed as the game’s first pre-order bonus, with Ronda Rousey expected to be confirmed in the coming days.
