The Division 2 and Other Major Titles to be Part of X018

X018 is expected to be a major event this year, especially considering that PlayStation is not having its own event. This will give Microsoft a chance to show off some of the games that it is bringing to its platforms.

At E3 2018, the company announced that it had acquired four studios and also started one of its very own. That generated some major hype for the platform. According to new reports, The Division 2 and other major titles will be showcased at X018.

Gamer and developer klobrille posted a list of games that he claims will be part of X018. The games that are going to be showcased at X018 are as follows:

  • The Division 2
  • Crackdown 3
  • Kingdom Hearts 3
  • Ori and The Will of The Wisps
  • Game Pass Surprises
  • Shadow of The Tomb Raider Update
  • State of Decay 2 Update
  • Sea of Thieves Update
  • Mouse & Keyboard Games

He also posted some games that are likely but not confirmed to be part of the X018 event and they are as follows:

  • Forza Horizon 4 Update
  • Original Xbox BC Update
  • Battletoads First-Look
  • One studio acquisition
  • One Ninja Theory project
  • Something Gears related
  • Sunset Overdrive

The developer mentioned that there are a few games that we know are in development but won’t be shown at X018. These games include the second project that Playground Games is working on and Halo: Infinite. We know that both of these games have high expectations and that people were hoping to learn more about them but think that the devs are not ready to talk about these games just yet.

It is likely that we will be able to hear more about the game that Playground Games is working on next year. We should also learn more about Halo: Infinite at E3 2019. For more news regarding X018 and upcoming games like The Division 2, stay tuned.
