Battlefield 5: 135-Page Day One Patch Proof of Rushed Launch

Battlefield 5

Battlefield 5 has already been delayed once and it still seems that the game is rushed. Why is that, you ask? The game does not have common features like map voting. If you played the previous game then you know that this was an option in the previous game. Why could not DICE just add that to the latest instalment as well? The answer is pretty clear.

The day one patch for Battlefield 5 is 135 pages long. This is a pretty big day one patch. I am sure that DICE is making an attempt to fix the game and make things better. Doing this at the final moment is proof that Battlefield 5 launch is rushed, to say the very least.

While we do not know how big the Battlefield 5 day one patch will be in memory space, taking into account 135 pages, it is safe to assume that it is going to be a big one. I hope that people that are waiting for the game are able to download this massive update when it is released.

This is speculation on my part but if history is anything to go by, I would say that EA has a huge role in this rushed launch. We have a couple of great games coming out that will give Battlefield 5 a tough time. Not to mention that the game has already got its fair share of backlash from the community ever since the first trailer was released.
