4A Games is the developer being the Metro series and while it has been a while since we have seen a new title in the franchise, Metro Exodus is finally here. The game is going to release on February 15th, which is actually a week sooner than the original release date and we have started getting review scores.
The game has been hyped for a long time and from what we can see from the review scores, it would seem that the game is very impressive indeed. While the game is not perfect Metro Exodus has got at least an 8 on average. Some publications have gone ahead and given the game a 9.5 which is very impressive indeed.
Push Square gave Metro Exodus the least score of 6. What we can tell you is that there is a wide range to the scores which means that different people have different opinions about the game. You should check out the complete reviews in order to learn more about the game and whether or not this is something that you would enjoy. What we can say is that, if you have played the previous games and if you enjoyed them then you will like Metro Exodus as well.
This is also the first game to be announced to offer Nvidia RTX real-time ray tracing support. We will check and see how taxing the ray tracing effects are on the graphics performance of different graphics cards. It is safe to say that it is unlikely that you will be able to play the game at 4K 60 FPS with ray tracing on but we will be able to tell you more about the performance of the game when it releases.
Let us know what you think about Metro Exodus and whether or not you are interested in playing the game when it releases on February 15th.
