Rockstar Games just released Red Dead Redemption 2 on consoles and we have been hearing about a release on PC as well. It seems that this is not the only game that the developer is working on. A resume has been spotted and it hints that Rockstar Games is actually working on multiple titles.
During 2013 to 2018 Rockstar Games only released a single game at a time but the developer never really talked about a business model where it would only release a single title at a time. In the past, Rockstar Games has worked on multiple games at the same time. It is only due to the scale of the titles that all development teams were merged into one in order to make a single game.
It is possible that one of these games is a larger one and that the other one is relatively small. That is why Rockstar Games can afford to have a secondary team. If that is indeed the case then this could mean that on the side, the developer is working on a sequel to Bully.
This is not the first time that we have come to this conclusion. There have been multiple reports in the past that mention that Bully 2 is going to be made and that it is going to be released fairly soon as the game is not all that big when compared to other games that Rockstar has made over the years.
Talking about the other game that the developer is working on, we have little information about it. It is possible that the developer is working on a PC port for Red Dead Redemption 2. It is also possible that the team is working on the next Grand Theft Auto game. No matter which one it is, we are excited to learn more. It is possible that we will get more details at E3 2019.
Let us know what you think about Rockstar Games working on multiple titles and which game you want to see come out next.
