Ubisoft is not announcing a new Assassin’s Creed game at E3 2019 but there are still two unannounced games that are going to be revealed at the event. With that in mind, it is more than likely that Watch Dogs is going to get a sequel. A listing on Amazon revealed the upcoming Watch Dogs Legion game which could be the name of the 3rd installment in the franchise.
The Amazon listing has been taken down but it does mention that Watch Dogs Legion is going to be set in post-Brexit London and that players will be able to play as any NPC character. All the characters that you come across in the game will have proper animation and voice acting. The following is how the Amazon listing describes the game:
Watch_Dogs Legion is set in a near-future, dystopian version of London. It’s a post-Brexit world in which society, politics and technology have changed and altered London’s fortunes. London is one of the most iconic cities in the world and has had a massive influence on all of Western Culture for centuries… London makes total sense for WD, as the city has one of the highest surveillance levels in the world making this the perfect playground.
Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems.
Ubisoft has already announced Ghost Recon Breakpoint but there are still some unannounced games that we will learn about at E3 2019, Watch Dogs Legion could be one of them. E3 2019 is around the corner so we will find out soon enough. E3 2019 is going to be very interesting indeed but Ubisoft has confirmed that Skull and Bones is not going to be shown at the event. The game has been delayed and will take some more time to develop.
Let us know what you think about Watch Dogs Legion and whether or not you are interested in playing the game when it comes out.
