E3 is the biggest gaming event of the year and it is no surprise that we got to see plenty of great games at the event this year. E3 2019 was huge with Microsoft announcing a couple of games and services. Other companies showed their game trailers as well and we got to see some gameplay too. Here we are going to look at the best game trailers that were shown at E3 2019.
Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077 is a game that fans have been waiting for. Not only did we get a new trailer of the game but we also learned that Keany Reeves plays a character in the game. We also got a release date for the game which is April 16, 2020. Players will have to wait about a year before the game comes out but at least we know when it is going to release.
We also got some new insights about the game. It is going to be around 80GB on console and about 100GB of PC. The physical version of the game could come on multiple disks. There is a collectors edition of the game that comes with a figure, a model car, a map of the game and much more.
Elden Ring
Elden Ring is a new game that is being developed by FromSoftware in collaboration with Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin. There is little that we know about the game but it seems pretty cool from what we have seen in the trailer which you can check out below:
There are speculations that the story is going to be written in collaboration with Martin and FromSoftware will use its iconic game mechanics. That does sound like an interesting mix.
Marvels Avengers
The Avengers project is a game that fans have been waiting for a long time now. Square Enix finally showed the trailer of the upcoming game and also introduced fans to the cast behind the game. The developers mentioned that this is a new story and a whole new experience for fans of Marvel.
The game will be coming out next year and the developers have confirmed that all the characters will be available for free and that there will be no loot boxes either.
Watch Dogs: Legion
Watch Dogs: Legion was leaked ahead of E3 2019 but now it has been confirmed by Ubisoft. We got to see some gameplay and learned that players can play as pretty much any character that they can find in the open world. The game is based in post-Brexit London and you can check out the gameplay below:
Players will be in charge of recruiting people with all kinds of skills and talents in order to form the resistance. An interesting mechanic of Watch Dogs: Legion is that characters can permanently die and will not respawn.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was announced ahead of E3 2019 but we got to see some gameplay at the event. You can check it out below:
The game looks very interesting indeed and it seems like everything that we wanted from a Star Wars game but we will know for sure once the game is out.
The Outer Worlds
The Outer Worlds is a new game that feels like a better version of Fallout and that is because it is being made by some of the people were behind some of the best Fallout games. The developer of the game is Obsidian which was just acquired by Microsoft. You can check out the trailer of the game below:
The Outer Worlds is going to have a lot of choices in terms of gameplay and if you like the Fallout series then this is a game that you should check out.
Dying Light 2
Dying Light is a game that is near and dear to our hearts and Dying Light 2 has been announced at E3 2019. You can check out the official trailer of the game below:
Like the previous game, you will take on hordes of zombies and try to survive. This time the game will have even better graphics and new mechanics.
Gears 5
The next game in the Gears of War franchise, Gears 5 was showcased at e3 2019. We got to see plenty of gameplay and different game modes that players will be able to enjoy. You can check out the gameplay below:
The story is the major selling point of Gears of War and I am sure that people will buy the game just to see how the story progresses.
Halo Infinite
Halo Infinite got a new trailer and we got a glimpse at Masterchief and his new look. You can check out the trailer below:
Just like the original Halo launched with the Xbox, Halo Infinite is going to be a launch title for the upcoming Xbox Scarlet. The game and the new console will release in the Fall of 2019.
