WWE 2K16 will feature an iOS and Android companion app, 2K Games has today confirmed.
In a press release, the publisher announced that it was extending its logo manager from last year’s instalment into a fully featured Creation Studio app for mobile devices.
By using the free program, users will be able to take photos with their phone and then upload these to WWE 2K16. This will work for players’ faces, which can then be used on a created superstar or diva, as well as custom logos, which can be used for created arenas, shows and championships.
According to the release, the WWE 2K16 Creation Studio app will release ‘shortly after’ the launch of the game in North America on October 27 and October 30 in Europe.
