Fancy seeing your first glimpse of PS5 gameplay? Of course you do.
Gearbox first revealed Counterplay Games’ Godfall at The Game Awards, in late December, but now now after an interview with PlayStation LifeStyle, Counterplay CEO Keith Lee has shown off the first glimpse of gameplay in the form of a GIF.
The footage shows a game that looks a lot like Destiny at first glance, but upon closer inspection we can see that there’s a lot more going on. Of course it’s only a GIF, but as far as GIFs go it’s a nice example of seeing what the game will look like. The trailer was mostly cinematic and served merely as an announcement but we’re hoping to learn more soon.
After all, Godfall is slated to be a PS5 launch title so expect much more reveals and trailers in the coming months. Until then we’re just going to have to scrutinise this rather lovely GIF for any tidbits we can gleam.
