This news was part of a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the company. Of course, the news of the next GTA game ignited the internet and generated a whole lot of hype on social media.
The buzz around the announcement is astonishing, to say the least. Users have signalled the hype around the tweet announcing the latest trailer without hesitation and it has already broken several records. Following the announcement of the trailer, the speculation bubble continued to swell. Several users across the internet also started to weigh in with their opinions about what the next instalment in the GTA series will come packed with or what the trailer will be about. Other speculation regarding the next game in the Grand Theft Auto series is related to its file size across consoles and PC. According to the rumor mill, the game will be only available on the next- gen consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series) and it will sport a 98 GB file size. Meanwhile, on PC, the game will be 103 GB.
