Tower defense games are a very popular genre of experience on Roblox. Among the games in this category is the adorable Tower Heroes, which puts cute little guys in place of towers, growing and changing with each upgrade and evolution. Now that Mako has been added to the game, the list of best towers in the game has shifted, leaving room for a brand new tier list. The following tier list goes over every tower you can unlock in Tower Heroes, as well as why they’re ranked where they are.

S-Tier Towers
Tower | Features |
---|
Spectre | – Its only con is that its special ability doesn’t affect Summoners who aren’t Jesters, Stella, and Oddports. |
Voca | – High damage, splash radius, and base range for a ranged hero. |
Hotdog Frank | – Every level is cheap, and it has high damage and high range. |
Yasuke | – Has the highest DPS in the entire game. It also has an incredibly fast attack rate and a cooldown that’s hard to notice. |
Keith | – Its only con is that it has an average range. |
Slime King | – Its only cost is being rather expensive at Level 1. |
Discount Dog | – Discount Dog is perfect for increasing Hero limits and making tower upgrades cheaper. |
A-Tier Towers
Tower | Features |
---|
Volt | – While it does an awesome chain damage attack, Volt is almost useless unless they’re nearby. |
Mako | – Mako is an awesome tower through the first few levels, but it becomes increasingly slower. |
Wizard | – Wizard requires a ton of mana for almost every one of its abilities. |
Fracture | – Bad against crowds and has a massive footprint size. It does have a very high damage rate and fast damage speed. |
Beebo | – Beebo has the highest ranged DPS and a generally high limit DPS. Unfortunately, it does have a below-average range. |
Soda Pop | – Has below-average range on Levels 1, 2, and 3. |
Lure | – Only acquirable during Halloween, but has a high limit DPS and high DPS alongside passive stun immunity. |
Kart Kid | – Kart Kid is the cheapest Summoner and can be used for boss damage, but it does have a much longer summon rate than other Summoners. |
Balloon Pal | – It causes a ton of damage, but can also damage friendly summons. |
B-Tier Towers
Tower | Features |
---|
Chef | – Chef can be obtained for free, but only hits one at a time, making it useless against crowds. |
Sparks Kilowatt | – Great for early-game, but its rocket damage slowly becomes more and more insignificant. |
Jester | – Jester can summon enemies for you, and its debuffs help against bosses, but it is super RNG-based. |
Hayes | – Another one that can only be obtained during Halloween, Hayes is way too expensive for what it actually does. |
Buzzer | – Buzzer is super expensive to upgrade and really only has a fast summon rate and decent crowd control in later Levels. |
Oddport | – You can also get Oddport for free and it is insanely tanky. Additionally, only one Oddport can spawn at a time. |
Byte | – Byte requires Balloon Pal to be useful, though it is great against fast enemies and synergizes well with Melee towers. |
Lemonade Cat | – At max, it can give you 5,600 mana, but you only have a placement limit of 4. |
C-Tier Towers
Tower | Features |
---|
Scientist | – Scientist has a high burst count at Level 5, but every Level is expensive to upgrade. |
Bunny | – Bunny has cheap upgrades, though it acts nothing like a Ranged tower until Level 3. |
Branch | – Its splash damage is great for crowds, but its first two Levels are mediocre. |
Stella | – It has great slowdown effects but requires tons of mana and micromanagement. |
El Goblino | – El Goblino isn’t very expensive in comparison to other Support towers, but its cooldown is super noticeable. |
Dumpster Child | – You can stack Burn, Radioactive, and Biohazard, but Level 4 and 5 are the most expensive and their effects last less long. |
D-Tier Towers
Tower | Features |
---|
Wafer | – Can only be obtained during Christmas and has below-average DPS when at max. |
Quinn | – Super slow attack speed, expensive upgrades, and a huge footprint size. |
Maitake | – Level 5 isn’t even recommended, and healing it is insignificant. |
