Every time something with the words “star” and “wars” in its name is released – game, movie, whatever – all of humanity becomes a mob of mouth-foaming nerds. Search your feelings, you know it to be true. Yes, that joke was necessary. The latest multiplayer, Star Wars Battlefront, has been out for several months now, and it’s high time we documented all the ways to destroy the developers’ intentions on how to play it.
The original Battlefront was released in 2004 for PC, Xbox, and PS2. The second game came to the same systems plus PSP in 2005, and Battlefront III was sadly canceled before it had a chance to take off. Ten years later, Star Wars Battlefront, bearing the same name as game number one, came to us on the current-generation systems. Now that we’ve had our history lesson, here’s how to break the game and make everyone else in the battle throw a tantrum.
This video demonstrates out of bounds methods on several of the game’s maps, and the places you can go after passing the map barriers. There’s also a way to make yourself invincible during a skirmish:
This invincibility glitch video was made last November, and the bug may or may not have been patched as of now. To perform it, simply crash a vehicle while being shot at. If you time it right, you should become unkillable.
