Bioware Confirms Mass Effect: Andromeda Will Not Be Coming to Nintendo Switch

Bioware is not working on a Nintendo Switch version of its highly anticipated Mass Effect: Andromeda, the developer has today announced.

Despite rumours to the contrary, the game’s lead designer Ian S. Frazier confirmed via social media that the Canadian studio has no plans to release the sci-fi RPG on Nintendo’s upcoming console:

The news comes hours after Bioware showed off new PC gameplay footage of Mass Effect: Andromeda as part of NVIDIA’s keynote at CES 2017 in Las Vegas.

The title is scheduled to release on March 21 on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
