Mass Effect: Andromeda will contain ‘strong sex scenes’ and violence, according to the Australian Classification Board.
The title has received an MA 15+ rating in the country, the organisation announced earlier today, which is awarded to media that “contains strong content” and is legally restricted to persons aged 15 years and over.
In its findings, the board explained that the Bioware-developed action RPG was restricted due to the aforementioned sex and violence, as well as its online interactivity.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is scheduled to release on March 21, 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
