Disappointed Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition Buyers Get 500 Atoms as Compensation

If you got the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition then chances are that you have received a different bag as compared to what was advertised. This has caused a major backlash and Bethesda has taken note of the issue. It turns out that if you have bought the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition and can prove it then Bethesda will compensate you by giving 500 atoms. This is an in-game currency in Fallout 76.

Bethesda recently announced this on Twitter and the following is what the company had to say in this regard:

“We understand and respect that there is disappointment with the bag in the Power Armor Edition. We are sorry. Please contact Bethesda Support to provide proof of your CE purchase. They will assist in granting your account 500 Atoms.”

Fans have pointed out that this is not enough and that it only costs $5 to get 500 atoms. The bag was actually the second most expensive item in the $200 Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition. Players also mentioned that 500 atoms could be earned by playing the game without spending any money at all.

Bethesda keeps making mistakes and the hole that is has dug is getting deeper and deeper. The company has set up a special page for all the people that spent $200 on the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition. I am sure that most people are not even going to bother with the 500 atoms and that Bethesda will need to do better.
