E3 is one of the biggest gaming events of the year and E3 2019 is closer than ever before. If you are excited about the event then you have come to the right place. Here we are going to talk about everything that we know about E3 2019 and what you can expect to see at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo.
Each year, companies from all over the world come to the event to show off the games and technologies that they have been working on. Companies like Sony and Microsoft also talk about their services and upcoming consoles. Sony has confirmed that the company will not be at the expo this year which is a bummer but this does give Microsoft an opening to go big at E3 2019.
E3 2019: What We Know So Far
Plenty of companies have confirmed that they will be coming to the expo. These companies include Ubisoft, Microsoft and Bethesda. While there are some companies like Sony that are not going to be at the event there are others that have not confirmed whether or not they will be attending E3 2019 or not.
EA PLAY – June 7 – June 9
EA is going to take the stage for 3 days and EA Play is going to be a major highlight of the convention. You can expect to see what the company has planned for games like Apex Legends and you can also expect to see games like Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
The game has already been officially teased and we have spotted some poster as well. Getting more details about the game is going to be very interesting indeed and I am sure that fans are very excited about the title. You should not expect a new Battlefield game or Titanfall 3.
Other games that we might see at E3 2019 from EA include FIFA, Madden, NHL and NBA. EA might talk about what it has planned for Anthem. We have heard that Dragon Age 4 is in development as well but at this point, it is hard to say whether or not EA is going to talk about the game or even confirm that it is being worked on right now.
Bethesda E3 2019 – Sunday, June 9
Bethesda is in a tough spot right now. Fallout 76 was announced and shown off last year at E3 but did not go according to plan. The company has confirmed that it will not be showing Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6. It is likely that we will be hearing more about Fallout 76 and The Elder Scrolls Online. You can expect to learn more about The Elder Scrolls Blades and The Elder Scrolls Legends card game.
Ubisoft E3 2019 – Monday, June 10
Ubisoft has released The Division 2 recently and the game has done pretty well. You can expect to learn more about the future of The Division 2 and the kind of content that the players will have access to. Ubisoft has promised that the first year of content will be free so we might be able to hear more about what is in store for The Division 2 players. We might be able to learn about the year 2 season pass.
The company has been teasing Splinter Cell for a while now and it is possible that we might hear about a Splinter Cell game that is in the works. It is unlikely that the game will be announced at E3 2019 but we might be able to see a teaser. Ubisoft might provide insight regarding what kind of Splinter Cell game the company is working on and what it will offer the player. Fans have been asking for a Splinter Cell game for a while now and this could be the biggest announcement at E3 2019.
An easter egg for an upcoming Assassin’s Creed game was spotted in The Division 2 and according to that the next Assassin’s Creed game could have a Vikings theme. We might be able to learn more about this game at E3. Other than that, we might hear more about Beyond Good and Evil 2 and Skull and Bones.
Microsoft E3 2019 – TBD
Xbox boss Phil Spencer has confirmed that the company will be at E3 2019. He also mentioned that the company will be going big this year. We are very excited about what Microsoft is going to announce at E3 2019. The company acquired a couple of game development studios last year and started one of its own studios too. We might be able to see some new games that are coming to the Xbox One.
You can expect to see titles like Halo Infinite, Forza Motorsport 8, Gears 5, Halo 5 for PC. We might get more details regarding the games that are coming to the Xbox Game Pass. Last year Microsoft announced that it is working on making the next generation Xbox. We might be able to learn more information about the upcoming Xbox Anaconda at E3 2019. Other than that, we might hear more about the streaming service that the company is working on called project xCloud.
These are the major companies that are going to show up on E3 2019. There are some other companies as well but they have yet to confirm whether or not they are attending the conference. If you are interested in learning more then you can stay tuned.
