How to Play Weaver

The goal in Weaver is to find a way of making the word shown at the bottom of the screen from the one at the top. The challenge is that you are only allowed to change one letter at a time. In addition, every time you change a letter it has to create a new word.

First of all, you can access the daily Weaver game from the official site here. Once you have accessed the site, you will see two four letter words and an area to input an answer. Start by changing just one letter of the word on the top to match with the bottom one. You must also make sure that you create new a word in doing so.

After this, see whether changing another letter to match the bottom word will create a new valid word. If it does, then you are likely on the right track. If not, the first new word you created may be incorrect and you will have to think of a new one.

You must keep changing one letter at a time until you can create a sequence of words ending  with one at the bottom.

The key to this game is to consider and evaluate all the possible choices. Finding the answers is also a bit of trial and error. It helps to start by listing all the possible new words you make by changing one letter. From there you can whittle down those words by seeing which ones can make a new word closer to the one at the bottom.

There is one optimal path, but also multiple others. As a result, experimenting around with different words and letter combinations isn’t a bad idea at all!

Lastly, as you may know, weaver is far from the only online word game out there. In case you were also wondering what the answers are for today’s Contexto game, feel free to check out this article here.
