Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer Drops, But Will GTA 6 Come to PC?

GTA 6 Trailer

The Grand Theft Auto 6 reveal that set the community ablaze a few weeks ago is now live. The trailer revealed a new release window for GTA 6, teasing it to be 2025.

Additionally, Rockstar has confirmed that the game will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Unfortunately, no PC version of the game has been announced either in the trailer or on the press materials. As such, PC gamers will have to wait for further announcements.

Before delving into further details, you can watch the trailer below:

The Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer was scheduled to drop later than anticipated. However, after a leak that happened on social media, Rockstar was forced to acknowledge the leak and then publish their version of the trailer. The trailer caused quite a commotion across the gaming industry, with many praising the visual design and graphics. This is to be expected of a Rockstar title, after all.

GTA 6 Returns to Vice City

Grand Theft Auto 6 is set to be released on multiple platforms. In the trailer set to the song Love Is A Long Road, we can see the latest graphical advancements brought by next-gen systems. The game will star a female protagonist named Lucia in the Miami-inspired Vice City. The game will poke fun at social media trends and also have its fair share of digs at internet memes, such as the elusive Florida Man.

Will GTA 6 Release on PC?

Unfortunately, it seems like the only people left out of the party are the PC folk as there is no announcement of a PC version anywhere in the trailer. This certainly isn’t strange for Grand Theft Auto as PC versions for the series always took a while to be released after their original console runs. Still, it might hurt some PC players to know that they will have to wait a bit before they can play this new installment in the franchise.

Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released in 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
