Just two days out from EA Sports launching FIFA 15 in the UK (and a day after its American release), Konami have finally released a downloadable demo for PES 2015.
Originally scheduled to be posted last week, the demo failed to materialise in either the Xbox or Playstation store updates; though, according to the official Pro Evolution Soccer Twitter account, it is now live on Xbox One and 360 in Europe:
Demo watch! We can confirm #PES2015 demo is now available in Europe for Xbox One, Xbox 360. PSN store will be updating later this afternoon!
— Pro Evolution Soccer (@officialpes) September 24, 2014
The demo, which we can confirm is also now available on PS4 and PS3 (as of 2pm), features a 10-minute exhibition match in the Konami stadium. The clubs available for selection are Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, FC Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Napoli.
The full game isn’t scheduled for release on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC until November 13, so it’s clear Konami have attempted to steal some of EA’s thunder with the timing of this demo release.
We will soon be posting a hands-on preview of PES 2015, and seeing how it lines up compared with FIFA.
