Today at Tokyo Games Show 2015, fighting game fans received a treat as Sony announced that The King of Fighters XIV will officially be coming to PlayStation 4 in 2016.
Departing from its typical beautifully created 2D sprites, this iteration of the popular fighting game franchise will feature 3D models and stages. While this will no doubt have the series’ hardcore fans up in arms, Sony went on to state that the game will “stay true to its gameplay roots”.
