Super League Grand Final 2015 Recreated in Rugby League Live 3

While the rugby union World Cup continues to serve up uninspired sporting action, this past weekend saw the culmination of a highly enjoyable domestic rugby league season.

Leeds Rhinos ultimately triumphed over the Wigan Warriors in the 2015 Super League Grand Final at Old Trafford, but the real winner of Saturday was the sport as a whole. With England’s union side taking part in a dead rubber against Uruguay across the city at the Etihad, over 73,000 spectators packed out the home of Manchester United to witness one of the most memorable rugby league finals in recent years.

Josh Walters proved the unlikely hero for the Rhinos in only his 11th appearance for the club, as he capitalised on a Jimmy Keinhorst pass to touch down for the winning try; Leeds eventually coming out the victors with the scores as tight as everyone had been expecting at 22-20.

But would Leeds complete their historic treble when the two finalists squared off in our special Rugby League Live 3 recreation of the showpiece event? Find out in our extended gameplay video above.
