With Just Cause 3 releasing tomorrow (December 1), Square Enix decided to accompany the game’s release with a very unique launch trailer. I would go into more detail, but this thing doesn’t really need an introduction:
So, what’s the take away here? A beautiful tale of autonomy and friendship? Not accepting someone’s fist-bump will always create a moment of awkwardness? Well, yes, but no. Just Cause 3 features explosions!
The video is a fan-made trailer by CoolTwinSkittles who won a competition with Square Enix and developer Avalanche Studios that was announced back in October. Out of over 1,200 entries submitted, the launch trailer was selected and the winners received a prize package worth $5,000.
