PS4 Release May Be Imminent for Hit Fighting Game Lethal League

Despite no official announcement from its developer, it looks as though Team Reptile’s critically acclaimed fighting title Lethal League may soon release on the PS4.

Earlier today, PlayStation trophy compilation sites including Exophase and PSN Profiles – which rely on data scraped from Sony’s online servers – began listing a full set of 13 achievements for the game, suggesting its release on the console is imminent.

Lethal League was originally released on Steam back in 2014, where it holds an ‘overwhelmingly positive‘ consensus of user reviews.

The title is a competitive projectile fighting game, where players must hit an anti-gravity ball into the face of their opponent to win. The ball speeds up with every strike, up to “explosively extreme” velocities. The game features both offline and online multiplayer, supporting up to four players per match.

It features a simplistic, almost MS Paint-like cartoony aesthetic, and amusingly, its developers promise that it contains “no weak shit”.
