Where to Find All the Locations in Secret Compassion
The Secret Compassion task is offered by the Lab Rat, and he will offer you 3x supplies which you have to place in boxes in each location.
Walk up to each of the three baskets in a region within the map.
There is a woven basket located on the front porch. It is extremely easy to find, and once you’re right next to the basket, you need to press the interact key (F), and the medical supplies will be automatically placed within each of the basket.
Each of these three locations are heavily guarded, so you need to be careful, however, the boxes are fairly easy to locate.

After completing the task, which involves placing supplies within each of the baskets in three locations, you need to return to the base. Once you’re at the base, interact with the Lab Rat, informing that you have finished the task. The Lab Rat will then send you rewards through the messenger service within the game.
The messenger which also includes several other messages about other objectives with various vendors, can be accessed by clicking the Tab key.
