In JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Spirit, even free characters can perform very well with good synergy, such as Joseph Joestar, who is a free SR starter, and Giorno Giovanna. This guide will provide you with two of the best F2P team builds in the game, including their roles and synergies.
Budget Bullet Train Team Build

In this build, Lisa Lisa batteries Hol Horse, so his Ultimate comes up more often and hits really hard. At the same time, Santviento can hold the front while Tonio keeps everyone alive. Lang Rangler boosts the ranged output of your main DPS. Note that Hol Horse’s channel can be interrupted by CC, which makes him vulnerable to heavy backline pressure. This means that you need to place Hol Horse and other ranged units as far back as possible and keep Santviento at the front center.
Although all these characters can be unlocked for free, if you can’t get some of them, you can swap Will A. Zeppeli for Lang Rangler and get other SR tanks, such as Leone Abbacchio, if you need different types of defense.
Bubble Beatdown Team Build

This team isn’t exactly F2P, but it’s definitely very cheap, especially if you already have free Giorno and any of the accessible SSRs, such as Caesar and Koichi. Here, Jonathan keeps your team alive, Giorno sustains, Joseph groups enemies, and Caesar with Koichi delete waves and focus your targeting. This team can easily disrupt enemy formations and chains CC, so their carries struggle to act.
If you can’t get some of these characters, then you can swap Ermes Costello for Jonathan, Tonio Trendy for Joseph when heavy cleanse removals are needed, and Hol Horse or Pet Shop for more single-target if bosses demand it.
