TW Warhammer 3: Khemric Titan Builds (Lords of the End Times)

khemric titan

Khemric Titan is a new colossal construct unit in Total War Warhammer 3: Lords of the End Times, which is available only to Tomb Kings factions and Nagash’s Undead Legions. This guide will provide you with some of the best Khemric Titan builds in the game for doomstacking and general campaigning.

Heavy Titan Doomstack Build

Titan Doomstack

This is currently the strongest Doomstack build in the game, but it’s extremely expensive and viable only mid-to-late game once you have strong Canopic Jar income, high army capacity, and construct recruitment buildings.

TypesChoices
LordSettra the Imperishable (Khemrian Warsphinx for extra construct synergy); or

High Liche Priest (Nehekhara or Undeath lore for heals and buffs).

Heroes1–2 Necrotects (essential for construct healing);

1 High Liche Priest or Liche Priest (Nehekhara for heals);

1 Tomb Herald (combat buffs);

1 Tomb Prince (extra combat buffs).

Units6–10 Khemric Titans ((mix in 1–2 Icon of Usirian);

2–4 Hierotitans (extra bound magic);

2–4 Tomb Guards (disposable screens);

1 Necrosphinx or Warsphinx.

SkillsSettra: Combat tree + construct buffs + magic (Nehekhara).

Necrotects: Full construct support tree (healing, repair, buffs).

Priests: Magic intensity + cooldown reduction + lore spells.

Tomb Herald: Combat + replenishment + Guardian.

Here’s how to use this particular build in various battle scenarios:

  1. Deploy Titans in a loose center or staggered line.
  2. Use cheap chaff to screen initial artillery fire.
  3. Let them grind rather than charge, as the charge bonus is modest.
  4. Activate scarabs when surrounded.
  5. Keep Necrotects nearby for constant repair and heals.

Balanced Construct Army Build

Construct Army

This build is easier to field earlier than a pure doomstack, but you still have to prioritize high-tier construct buildings, Necrotect capacity, and dynasty research. As a result, you’ll have an excellent all-rounder that scales well into the late game, which works especially well for Tomb Kings economy and for Nagash’s hybrid undead army.

TypesChoices
LordSettra the Imperishable (Khemrian Warsphinx for extra construct synergy); or

High Queen Khalida (faction-wide poison attacks and ranged buffs).

Heroes1–2 Necrotects (essential for construct healing);

1–2 High Liche Priest or Liche Priest (mix Nehekhara + Death or Undeath);

1 Tomb Herald or Tomb Prince.

Units2–4 Khemric Titans (include Icon of Usirian);

1–2 Hierotitans;

1–2 Necrosphinxes or Khemrian Warsphinxes;

1–2 Sepulchral Stalkers;

4–6 Tomb Guards;

2–4 Ushabti (Great Bows).

SkillsSettra: Combat tree + construct buffs + magic (Nehekhara).

Necrotects: Full construct support tree (healing, repair, buffs).

Priests: Magic intensity + cooldown reduction + lore spells.

Tomb Herald: Combat + replenishment + Guardian.

The playstyle of this build is slightly different from the general doomstacking techniques:

  1. Use Skeletons and Tomb Guards as an anvil, and Titans with Sphinxes as hammers.
  2. Keep Titans slightly behind or on the flanks of the frontline, so they don’t get focused too much and too early.
  3. Use scarabs and Gaze of Dust to break enemy formations before full combat.
  4. Cycle Necrotects between damaged constructs.
