Practicing Glitchcraft: Ratchet and Clank

Ratchet and Clank is possibly one of the silliest games on Playstation. The titular lombax’s adventures date back all the way to 2002 with the original Ratchet and Clank, which has since seen sequels such as Going Commando, Up Your Arsenal, Deadlocked, and Size Matters. A side series, the Future series, saw four of its own games, plus a few spinoffs.

Recently re-imagined for the PS4, the new game includes its own set of fun and crazy glitches to exploit the proverbials out of. After a two-year hiatus from 2014 to 2015, the duo finally return on PS4 for their new old game, appropriately titled Ratchet and Clank.

Many of the glitches featured in this video demonstrate how to leave the map in various areas. There are also a few graphical hiccups and, perhaps most critical of all, sequence breaks. It’s a good thing Ratchet is such a skilled mechanic, because this game is broken.
