Valhalla Hills – Definitive Edition is coming to Xbox One and PS4 on January 27, 2017.
This release will be UK only at first, with the North American release happening shortly after on February 28, 2017.
Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Valhalla Hills – Definitive Edition is a strategy and building simulator where players manage their own Viking civilization in hopes of winning back the praise of Norse god, and father, Odin.
Developed by Funactics, and published by Daedalic Entertainment, the new release will feature both DLC packs, Sand of the Damned and Fire Mountains, as well an exclusive new map type called The Dwarf Cave. One of the more appealing aspects about the original Valhalla Hills, released back in September, was that it featured randomly generated maps, along with a day and night cycle, to balance out the gameplay and functionality of players’ cities. This will, of course, return, along with all of the features found in the original release.
Valhalla Hills: Definitive Edition will be available as both digital and retail editions across various retailers. The UK version will retail for £34.99, while the North American version will start at $39.99.
