Marvel’s Iron Man VR has just been announced and the devs are planning on making this the ultimate Iron Man fantasy game. The developers talked about the game and how they are working with a Marvel illustrator in order to make a new suit of armor.
Marvel’s Iron Man VR puts you into the shoes of Tony Stark and it is going to be more about than just flying around. The new suit that is in development is being made exclusively for the Marvel’s Iron Man VR game. Camouflaj founder Ryan Payton talked about the new suit of armor and the following is what he had to say in this regard:
What better way to announce the game than unveiling our brand-new Iron Man armor envisioned by legendary Marvel illustrator and costume designer, Adi Granov. In close collaboration with our partners and friends at Marvel Games, Adi created a new armor that, like the game, mixes a classic comic book aesthetic with an ultra-modern twist. We hope you love the Impulse Armor as much as we do.
In Marvel’s Iron Man VR, you will confront ghosts of your past as Tony Stark. In VR players will be able to come face to face with allies and infamous villains that are part of the MCU. The game does not have a release date but it is expected to release later this year.
According to Payton, the game has been in development for a couple of years now and the basic goal of the game is to deliver the ultimate Iron Man experience. He mentioned that once your out on the headset you will become Iron Man and that the game is supposed to make you feel like Tony Stark. This is all very interesting indeed but we will have to wait and see what the final game has to offer and what kind of experience it is going to be.
