Players need to find intel in Blue Lagoon to complete Out of the Blue. Once they do, they can extract the area and turn the complete mission into Gunny at Base Camp. While the mission sounds straightforward, getting to the intel can be tricky and players may encounter various enemies along the way. Furthermore, picking the wrong LZ can have you trekking far to get the objective documents. By following the steps below, players can complete Out of the Blue efficiently:
- Obtain the mission from Gunny and head to the Blue Lagoon region of the map. It is in the southeast area of the map, near the corner of the water.
- Two different LZs are close by: Kilo 1 and Kilo 2. If you don’t have either of those, Kilo 3 and Juliet 3 are near the Tiger Bay area. From there, players can head down to Blue Lagoon.
- Upon arriving at Blue Lagoon, there will be some enemies, gun them down, and head through the main entrance. Keep an eye out as you progress, as there can still be various enemies around.
- Head to the south area. You will likely cross a wooden bridge to reach this area of Blue Lagoon.
- There will be a shack with various tables inside of it, go into it.
- Proceed to the back room of the shack, also known as the Makeshift Hideout. In the room, there will be a table with a file on it, grab this.
- The folder is the objective intel, now head to the nearest LZ and proceed back to Base Camp.
Out of the Blue Rewards in Gray Zone Warfare
A powerful M700 shotgun and over $5,500 are just some rewards for completing Out of the Blue. Unlike Lab Rat, who provides healing items, Gunny likes to go for aggression. Therefore, players can usually expect weapons to take with them on operations. However, this means that Gunny’s missions tend to be a bit tougher, as the rewards are great.
