The Kingdom Hearts back catalogue is extensive, to say the least, and knowing where to begin can be a daunting prospect. Rather than standing confused in front of the shelves or screen, there will soon be a better option — the All-in-One Package.
Releasing on June 12th in Europe, the Kingdom Hearts All-in-One Package is now available to pre-order through select European retailers, including Amazon. Sadly, there’s no word on when this collection will be released for US or other non-European audiences. It is currently only available for PlayStation 4.
This collection has been available in digital format for a while, but this physical version is brand new. It’s the perfect addition for the collection shelf or new players.
The entire back catalogue is included within the collection, consisting of:
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX
- Final Mix
- Re:Chain of Memories
- 358/2 Days with remastered cinematics
- Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix
- Birth by Sleep Final Mix
- Re:Coded with remastered cinematics
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue
- Dream Drop Distance HD
- x Back Cover
- Birth by Sleep – A Fragmentary Passage
Kingdom Hearts III
Don’t worry if you’re confused by all the decimals and strange names. That’s a fairly normal experience for new players in the world of KH. The good news is that this includes everything from the first to the last installment of KH that we currently have available to play.
For those waiting for news on the fourth installment of the franchise, well, there isn’t any outside of fan desire and speculation. While fans keep waiting for news (impatiently), this All-in-One Package is the perfect starting point for anyone who hasn’t yet dived into the universe filled with Disney and Square Enix characters. On the other hand, it’s a great gift for veterans who want to relive the experience from start to finish all over again.
