FIFA 16 is now available to play for EA Access subscribers on Xbox One, a week ahead of its official release.

Originally announced at E3 2015, the early access trial for the latest entry in the annualised football franchise allows those signed up to EA’s gaming subscription service to receive up to ten hours of gameplay before it locks the title down again until launch.

Yesterday, we broke the news on Microsoft and a UK retailer accidentally breaking the game’s street date by over a week, allowing a “lucky few” X1 users to install FIFA 16. From today, they may have a few more people to play against.

The game is scheduled to release in North America on September 22 across current and last-gen consoles, with its European launch coming two days later on September 24.
