The popular and well-received ARPG Victor Vran is looting its way to console players, specifically PS4 and Xbox One, in early 2017. Victor Vran will receive both a physical and digital release worldwide.
The game is an effort from publisher Wired Productions, who are looking to have more of an impact on console games, and Bulgarian developer Haemimont Games AD. The announcement of Victor Vran on consoles comes roughly a year after the original Victor Vran arrived to PC players. The new version features a propriety game engine built from the ground up by Haemimont Games, ensuring gameplay stays stable at 60 FPS and the world looks as good as it can.
The game plays like Diablo, for anyone unfamiliar, where players can pillage, loot, customize, and ultimately make their own choices on how they hack-and-slash through demons across the city of Zagaravia. Players will also be excited to know that the Xbox One and PS4 versions will both support local two player co-op, as well as online four player co-op.
Along with the game’s announcement came another: the strategic and co-publishing agreement between Wired Productions and Haemimont Games. Moving forward, both companies are looking to create more of an impact in their respective industries, starting with their effort on Victor Vran. Speaking at the press release, Leo Zullo, Managing Director at Wired Productions, had this to say regarding the deal: “We’re delighted to begin this partnership, and to share something we love so much in Victor Vran with a community of gamers globally is a coup for us; we can’t wait to get started.”
