Following our attendance at an exclusive review event for Big Ant Studios’ Rugby League Live 4 earlier, Power Up Gaming have now been able to get our hands on the title, a week out from its official release.
With the Wigan Warriors set to take on the Leeds Rhinos at the DW Stadium in the Betfred Super League this evening, we recreated the tussle in virtual form on the PS4. Would the contest end up as one-sided as its real-life counterpart, however? Find out in our exclusive video below:
Set to land on PS4 and Xbox One next Friday and PC later in the year, Rugby League Live 4 boasts “a greater attention to the finer details and intricacies of the sport”, which we can attest to based on our experience with the title so far. Despite the street date for the game being broken in New Zealand earlier in the week, its official release date remains July 28, and Rugby League Live 4’s launch will be accompanied with a day one patch.
