Baldur’s Gate 3 Has Some Ridiculous Stats

Baldur’s Gate 3 came out in early access not too long ago. However, such a highly anticipated game can hardly launch in any capacity without attracting some seriously ridiculous stats. Already we’ve had to insane stories about this game in particular, and I have no doubt that there will be more before the year is out. If you weren’t aware, Larian Studios has been developing this game in the background. They’re the company behind the Divinity: Original Sin series, and they did a phenomenal job with that series too. With Baldur’s Gate 3 they’ve gone above and beyond, which is why so many people are playing it.

The first crazy story we have is that this game sold 100 million copies on Steam within a single week. That’s way more than 10 million per day, it’s just a stupid number of copies to have sold. I think that part of the reason it sold so well is that it’s also available on Mac. You might not think that too many people use Macs, but trust me when I say they do. PC gaming snobs will always opt for a custom built machine, but people like me will always got for a Mac. They’re reliable, and they play a lot of games very well. Baldur’s Gate 3 is one of those games, which is why me and so many other Mac gamers are playing it.

The second story is about the main character that most people seem to be making in Baldur’s Gate 3. Bear in mind that this is game that gives you horns, tails, all sorts of add-ons and skin colours, and much more that you wouldn’t expect. Larian Studios has told fans that the most common main character looks like a default human from any character creator. Take a look below, it really is quite dull.

As I said, this is the most default character you could look to create. I don’t even know why some people would bother, the default character would do! However, even with all of those options available to you, it’s possible that you might just want to be a bog standard human in this world full of fantasy and monsters right? Who knows.
