New Neighbors is one of the new quests in Gray Zone Warfare that requires you to venture away from your hometown. While the objective of the quest might seem straightforward. There is a twist with a surprise objective that requires some solving. In this Gray Zone Warfare guide, I go over how you can complete the New Neighbors quest.
New Neighbours Task In Gray Zone Warfare
The New Neighbours quest is acquired from Handshake after you have completed the initial quests in the town where you first start. You will get the task alongside The Shadow Over Ban Pa. You will be tasked to head to the military complex located south of Fort Narith. Head over to the location shown in the map below (143, 121):
The compound is called YBL-1 on the map. You can land at Lima 2 and make your way to the location. Once you are at the location, head northwest and you will find a hole in the concrete wall that you can use to head inside the compound.
At first, you might think that is all you need to do but there is another objective that you need to complete once you get there. Once the initial objective is complete, you will need to gather intel. Head inside the bunker and go down the stairs.
Where to Find the Security Footage Intel
Head through the first door and then take the door on the right. Take another right from the lockers and progress forward to find a security tape on a table next to some TVs and above some files.
Pick up the security tape and bring it back to Handshake to complete the New Neighbors task in Gray Zone Warfare.
So what you need to do to complete the mission is to head into the military base, recon the area, collect intel by locating the bunker and finding the security tape, and then bring it back to Handshake.
New Neighbors Rewards
Once you complete the mission you will get the following rewards:
- TC-2000 Tactical Helmet
- $4,700
- 1,000 EXP
- 150 Reputation (Handshake)
It is worth mentioning that the area that you explore during New Neighbors is a popular PvP area, so you will be up against AI enemies and run into some other players. You should head in with a team to make things a bit easier.
